There are plenty of sports activities to keep guests happy. Guests may choose to participate in water sports such as aqua gym, water skiing, water polo, kayaking and windsurfing, or land sports like archery, ping pong, physical exercises or fitness. Or they can simply enjoy watching Creole cooking demonstration, try to envelope oneself in a sari, or even find the rhythm in a SEGA lesson.
The other set of activities to choose from includes relaxing on the sandy beach under a thatch parasol, sipping a tropical drink at the Canne a sucre bar or treating oneself to a massage, a facial, a Mehendi decoration or a new hairstyle in the beauty and massage centre.
In the evenings, there are theme events and a live band to provide entertainment.
For children, the Baboo village provides a range of activities centred around discovering nature and the local culture and traditions.
There are three restaurants in Mont Choisy Hotel - the Le Cotomili offering international cuisine and theme buffets, the Le Wahoo bar restaurant by the beach with tempting Creole cuisine and seafood, and the Ti Pima snack corner for quick light meals around the pool.
Cocktail demonstrations are held regularly at the Bar La Canne a Sucre. There is live entertainment every day.
There is a massage and beauty centre with a hairdresser.

Sports Facilities
Facilities for sea and land sports such as windsurfing, kayaking, water ski, laser, pedal boat, aqua gym, water polo, tennis, snorkelling, glass bottom boat tours, Jacuzzi, archery, volleyball, table tennis and bocci-balls are available.
Scuba diving (with free initiation at the swimming pool), undersea walking and parasailing can be arranged for at an extra charge.

Hotels, Resorts and Villa Resorts
For all the accommodation, the check-in time is generally 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.
- Early check-in is considered to be as from 06h00
- Late check-out is considered to be before 18h00
Payment
You must pay a deposit at the time of confirmation of your booking. This is usually 30% of the total amount. Sometimes a higher deposit is required, if airlines or other service providers request full payment. This especially applies for airlines, and certain accommodations requiring higher advance deposits -this happens mostly during peak season.
If you are booking within 40 or less days of the commencement of your visit, full payment will be due right away.
Balances to be paid must reach our account no less than 35 days before your visit with us. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date.
For some group tours, an additional interim payment is required, of which you will be notified at the time of quotation.
Credit card payments may incur a surcharge, which is advised at the time of payment. The surcharge range between 1 to 3% of the total invoiced amount.
Modification and cancellation policies
Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed reservation for services will entail additional charges equivalent to the corresponding costs charged by the service providers. These charges may include penalties, administration fees and bank charges.
Airline tickets are personal and cannot be modified, transferred to or replaced by somebody else's name.
We will do our utmost to facilitate changes before the travel date; however please be advised that most flight tickets are non-refundable and that our partners apply cancellation fees. If cancellations occur within seven days after booking of services, a 3% administration fee applies. Deposits for cancellation of confirmed services more than 7 days after booking are non-refundable.
Every service provider has their own cancellation policy and cancellation fee amount. Maurisun has standardised their payment terms and cancellation fees in an effort to provide our clients with a standard policy. We will advise upon booking if conditions have become more restrictive. We refer to the General Conditions if no others are stated in the price list or no special conditions are enclosed with the invoice.
General Cancellation Policy for accommodations after full payment has been made:
- Cancellation within 14 days of booking: 50% of full amount
- Cancellation within 7 days of booking: 75% of full amount
- Cancellation within 72 hours of booking: 100% of full amount
Cancellation conditions are generally more restrictive for accommodation during peak season (Mid December to mid January) with 100% of the full amount being withheld within 45 days of booking.
