Pearle Beach Resort - 4 Star Hotel

Kept in contemporary island style, the white main building with its blue roof is built alongside the beach and faces a very large pool. Its 90 air-conditioned rooms offer all the amenities, combining hot and spicy colours with soft pastels and thus creating a unique and inspiring holiday environment.

Overlooking the pool and the ocean, the main restaurant "Blues" offers buffet breakfast, table d'hôte menus, exotic dinner buffets and barbecues.

A la carte lunches, snacks or grills as well as pancakes and ice cream are served under the tropical umbrellas on the pool deck or on the beach terrace.

The Lounge Bar provides a wide selection of wines and spirits as well as hors-d'oeuvres.

A variety of water sports and leisure activities are on offer for guests who enjoy exploring the crystal clear lagoon or the coral reef.

Free of charge water activities and facilities encompass a 325 m2 pool with Jacuzzi and a children's pool, a fitness centre, windsurfing, pedal boats, kayaks, snorkelling and laser sailing as well as beach volley, French bowling, table tennis, darts and carom.


Sports and services available for a fee include: Scuba diving, big game fishing, water ski, horse riding, and beauty treatments.

A range of massages are available at the Spa kiosk by the beach or in the guests' room until completion of the Spa itself.

Matching the easygoing atmosphere of the hotel, the restaurant and bar offer elegant and casual dining, daytime snacks, drinks and refreshments, tropical cocktails and specialties from the grill.

Blues:

The main restaurant by the pool overlooks the ocean and serves breakfast in buffet style, table d'hôte lunches and exotic buffets as well as barbecue dinners enjoyed by both adults and children.

Late check out policy:
ROOMS:

Rooms will be made available in all the hotels, included in the package from 14 hours (2 p.m.) local time and shall be released on the day of departure at 11.00 (11 a.m.). However, clients can avail themselves of an early arrival or late departure service. Hotels generally charge an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the normal room rate of one night.

Cancellation Policy:
Payment

A deposit of 20% must be paid at the time of booking. Sometimes a higher deposit is required, because full payment is required by airlines or other service providers. This policy especially applies to airlines, and certain accommodation, which are requiring higher advance deposits mostly during peak season.

If you book 30 days or less prior to the start of our arrangement, a full payment will be applied.
The amount paid must be credited to our account no less than 30 days before the start of our arrangement. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we reserve the right to consider your booking as being cancelled by you. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date.

For some group tours, an additional interim payment is required. Those groups will be notified on the time of quotation.

Credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.

Modification and Cancellation

Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed reservation for services will entail additional charges equivalent to the corresponding costs charged by the service providers. The charges may include penalties, administration fees and bank charges.

Airline tickets are personal and cannot be modified, transferred or replaced by somebody else's name.

We will do our utmost to facilitate the changes before the travel date. However, please be advised that most flight tickets are non-refundable and that our partners apply cancellation fees. If cancellations are made within 7 days after the booking of services, a 3% administration fee will be applied. Deposits for cancellation of confirmed services made more than 7 days after the booking are non-refundable.

Each service provider has their own cancellation policy and cancellation fees. Maurisun has standardised their payment terms and cancellation fees in an effort to provide our clients with a general overview. We will advise you upon booking, if conditions become more restrictive.

We refer to General Conditions if no others are stated in the price list or no special conditions enclosed with the invoice.

General Cancellation Policy for accommodation after full payment effected:

• Cancellation within 14 days: 50% of full amount
• Cancellation within 7 days: 75% of full amount
• Cancellation within 72 hours: 100% of full amount.

Cancellation conditions are generally more restrictive for accommodations during the peak season (Mid December to mid January) with 100% of full amount within 45 days.

Maurisun reserves the right to accommodate the travellers in the same or better type of accommodation and standard in case of overbooking or when the service provider fails to provide the available accommodations.
