PAYMENT
-You will be required to make a deposit at the time of confirming the booking, usually 30%, although the deposit amount will be decided by Maurisun Adventure & Tours and you will be notified at the time of booking.
-Sometimes a higher deposit is required, because airlines or service providers request full payment, and certain hotels require higher advance deposits, especially during peak season. For some group tours, an additional interim payment is required.
-Outstanding balances must be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival before your arrangements with us commence.
-Full payment will be required immediately for last-minute bookings.
-Credit card payments are subject to a 3 % surcharge.
-If payment is not received by the due date, we will assume your reservation is a cancelled one and will retain the deposit. We will of course endeavour to contact you first.
