The newly built Par Excellence Apartments and Penthouse complex is situated in the extreme north of Mauritius. All of its apartments are sea-facing and offer a high level of luxury and comfort. Situated in the far north of Mauritius, Par Excellence Apartments and Penthouse is an apartment complex built to satisfy even the most sophisticated guests. Comprising 2 first-floor and 2 ground floor apartments with fully furnished terraces as well as a penthouse on a prime beach side property, Par Excellence Apartments and Penthouse leaves no wish unfulfilled.

The spacious and airy apartments are fully furnished in contemporary style with a touch of nature. Kept in simple shades of beige and white, they allow the colours of the Indian Ocean to flood into the rooms. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom. Each apartment sleeps 6, and the penthouse 8 guests. From most of the rooms, guests enjoy full sea view with breathtaking sights over the historic northern isles.

A shared pool with a pool bar as well as a large wooden sundeck assure guest's private and  outdoor-space opening onto the white sandy beach and the turquoise Ocean.

Although the area is very quiet and ideal for those seeking relaxation, bustling Grand Bay with a host of activities, sports, restauants and shopping can be found only a few minutes away.

The elegantly shaped spacious pool is shared by the four apartments and adorned with a wooden sundeck. Guests may linger in comfortable deckchairs or stretch out on sun-beds protected by beige beach umbrellas. The private beach bar offers ample space for guests own parties or leisure time.

Late check out policy:

Villas, Apartments and Studios

For all the accommodation the check-in time is 14:00 (2 pm local time). Check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.

- Early check-in is considered to be as from 06h00
- Late check-out is considered to be before 18h00

Policy on children staying with parents:
Portable baby cot is available on request at the time of booking (for infants from 1 - 24 months)
Internal: extra children only on special request

 

Cancellation Policy:

Payment

You must pay a deposit at the time of confirmation of your booking. This is usually 30% of the total amount. Sometimes a higher deposit is required by owner especially during peak season. Full payment may also be required. This especially applies where airline tickets are part of services booked, or certain accommodations requiring higher advance deposits -this happens mostly during peak season.

If you are booking within 30 or less days of the commencement of your visit, full payment will be due immediately. Otherwise balances to be paid must reach our account no less than 30 days before your visit with us. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date.

For some group tours, an additional interim payment is required, of which you will be notified at the time of quotation. A booking can only be considered confirmed when deposit has been paid. All charges related to payments fallows upon the traveller.

Modification and cancellation policies:

Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed reservation for services will entail additional charges equivalent to the corresponding costs charged by the service providers. These charges may include penalties, administration fees and bank charges.

Airline tickets are personal and cannot be modified, transferred to or replaced by somebody else's name.

We will do our utmost to facilitate changes before the travel date; however please be advised that most flight tickets are non-refundable and that our partners apply cancellation fees. If cancellations occur within seven days after booking of services, a minimum 3% administration fee applies. Deposits for cancellation of confirmed services more than 7 days after booking are non-refundable.

Service provider can apply their own cancellation policy and cancellation fee amount. Maurisun has standardised their payment terms and cancellation fees in an effort to provide travellers with a standard policy. We will advise upon booking if conditions have become more restrictive. We refer to the General Conditions if no others are stated in the price list or no special conditions are enclosed with the invoice.

General Cancellation Policy for accommodations after full payment has been made:

- Cancellation within 30 days of booking: 50% of full amount
- Cancellation within 14days of booking: 75% of full amount
- Cancellation within 7 days of booking: 100% of full amount
